"I have severe foot issues and it causes me complications finding the correct footwear! I went to five different stores and Hayes in Franklin recommended I go to Bowling Green Hayes Shoes. I did so and within one hour we found the right footwear!! I was so ecstatic! The managers at both stores where very on point the customer service I received was very professional, polite, gentle, and passion! They have a want to help you character and you don't find that anymore. I definitely recommend Hayes in Franklin and in Bowling Green. I wish each one of you the best and all the happiness you need because of yall I can walk again without almost falling or having to stand and wait until I can walk for five to ten minutes!
